These terms cover use of the simuphish.com marketing site. Commercial relationships with SimuPhish customers are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and DPA, available before contracting.
By using simuphish.com you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Customer use of the SimuPhish product is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Forms and quotes
Information submitted via our forms is used only to respond to your request. We do not sell your details, share them outside SimuPhish, or run them through third-party advertising platforms.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, copy, designs, and screenshots on simuphish.com are owned by SimuPhish Ltd unless otherwise marked. Customer logos appear with permission.
Liability
The site is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimuPhish disclaims all warranties and limits liability arising from use of the marketing site to the value of any fees paid for it (zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Customer agreements may have different governing law as negotiated.
